In 1935, Patrick Donnelly journeyed from Armagh to Kilsallaghan, Co. Dublin, where he planted the first trees of what would become a thriving family orchard. Over the decades, Patrick’s sons have carried forward his vision, nurturing the orchard with the same care and craftsmanship he instilled. Five years ago, the farm took a bold step into the future by embracing fully organic practices—honouring the family’s heritage while protecting the land for generations to come. Today, the Donnelly apple farm remains a testament to tradition, sustainability, and the enduring bond between family and the soil they steward.
